The Pukekohe Precinct comprises a Countdown supermarket on Tobin Street and surrounding retail properties on King Street and Seddon Street.

8 Tobin Street comprises a substantial supermarket building originally constructed in the 1970s, with additions in the 1980s. It is occupied and trading as a Countdown supermarket. The premises is a single level structure with mezzanine office and amenities. The site provides for 113 car parks between the supermarket, Seddon Street and Seddon Lane with a further 121 public car parks on the eastern side of the building.

The remainder of the precinct comprises four buildings containing a mixture of office and retail use.
