47 Bank Street is a City Centre zoned site which occupies a prominent position on the
corner of Bank Street and Rust Avenue within the Whangarei CBD. It was constructed in
the 1980s and has dual frontage to Bank Street and Cameron Street.

The site is improved with a two-storey building occupied by BNZ as their Whangarei
branch. There is also a secure car parking area to the rear of the site.
