About Sustainable Property
Since 2008
Sustainable was founded in 2008 by investors who were keen to pool their capital and expertise in order to access high value opportunities not otherwise available to them. It was founded on the belief that a skilled and well-resourced team, with their own wealth invested, could out-perform their individual opportunities.
We focus on a portfolio that provides an attractive yield and the opportunity to create and capture value over time. We acquire and manage commercial properties that can be taken through a value transition which may include physical refurbishment or re-purposing, re-leasing, and choosing locations that are moving to higher value uses.
Our portfolio is diversified across industrial, office & retail and is located in Auckland.
Sustainable Property Holdings Limited (“SPH”) is the parent company for the Sustainable Property brand. Sustainable Property Management Limited (“SPM”) is the Manager and General Partner of Sustainable. SPM is a wholly owned subsidiary of SPH.
As a Manager, our Mission is to be a top performing, mid-tier commercial property and fund manager in New Zealand.
Sustainable Property Investment Fund (“Sustainable”, “the Sustainable Fund”), is a commercial property fund structured as a Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE).
Sustainable is a value-add commercial property fund that has grown steadily over the last fifteen years and now comprises 74 investors and 10 Auckland based commercial property assets worth $155 million.
