29 South End Ave was constructed in the 2000s and is a light industrial zoned site
situated within the established Raumanga industrial precinct.

The site is improved with a large industrial building comprising a warehouse with
associated offices, amenities and surrounding sealed and metalled yard areas.

The building covers 30% of the area leaving a large industrial yard. The site has full drive
around access with frontage to South End Ave.

29 South End Ave is currently leased to Steel and Tube who have occupied the building
since it was constructed in the late 1990s.
